I like the option of diversifying some of my holdings into real estate. The offerings are too few to diversify properly. There is too much concentration risk holding more than 5% of a portfolio in one asset. This limits how much capital I am willing to risk with this opportunity. I have tried without success to liquidate my portfolio and move it to a more liquid market. Don’t trap your money with this APP. It’s too hard to get out and there won’t be any help from ARC 7.
