The Club originated in the late 1920’s. The Golf Club was formed in 1930 and the original clubhouse built shortly after. The Club progressively grew, creating a new 18 hole layout, opened in 1950, and a further nine holes opened in 1964, with the final nine holes added in 1991.
During 2014 to 2018 the Gateway Upgrade Project resumed 8 hectares (7 holes) of one of our golf courses. The Golf Club is currently in a re-development phase by industry acclaimed course architect James Wilcher from Golf by Design in which we will be returning to two 18 hole courses. Over the 2 year re-development period we will be a temporary 27 hole complex featuring 3 courses known as the Bay, Brook and Gateway.
