Knowledge Gym is a gamified and AI-based mobile learning solutions for spaced repetition of company specific knowledge and skills.

How does it work?
Company Admins (web based interface):
- can adjust the color schema of the user front-end to the company colors
- define anonymization and data privacy settings and customize data privacy policy
- customize and define a set of other company specific settings
Trainers (web based interface):
- create micro learnings incl. quizzes, videos, explanations, links to more resources
- combine micro learnings to learning modules which will be assign to users
- define certification criteria (e.g. repetition level, retention rate)
- define repetition algorithm and target retention rate (e.g. manual or AI based)
- review learning progress and statistics in multiple interactive reports
- certification data (incl. date and time) is stored for later audits and reviews
Learners (mobile interface):
- see the next most important micro learning to work on (the tinder of learning)
- complete the micro learning and receive feedback and additional resources
- will repeat the micro learning based on an adaptive learning AI algorithm
- can brows the learning modules, complete entire modules and review past learning
- can challenge other user, check the leader board, redeem rewards and many more
- receive push notifications and weekly emails as reminders for open learning
- receive certifications via email once a learning and repetition target is reached
Managers (web & mobile interface):
- can check the progress of their employees directly in the mobile app
- receive monthly emails summary of the learning progress of their employees
