Stopped responding to emails
I emailed them because the hoodie I received was 2cm too small lengthwise and height wise and wanted to replace it. All they said was that 2cm was “within the limits” (albeit this isn’t stated anywhere on the website) and that I could exchange for a medium. This still would’ve required me to pay exchange shipping for a product that doesn’t meet the description. I sent another email explaining why the size medium wouldn’t work because it would be too large if the measurements were accurate and that having to pay for return shipping is unfair and they stopped responding. Also, reading the legal terms on their website a couple interesting things popped up. 1: They basically have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. And 2: Information on their website doesn’t have to be accurate and they don’t have to change it. Both of these clauses make customers prone to situations like mine where I received a product that doesn’t meet the described sizing and am now being ignored.
