The instruction manual is missing a step. I was able to connect my heating pad to my iPhone without any issues. 1. Turn on heating pad 2. Go to phone settings and click on Bluetooth 3. Connect to hotup option 4. Open app and click the Bluetooth connect option 5. Use the app to control the heating pad This worked for me and I hope I was able to help other users ☺️
