There are only two rules
・ Feed once every 3 days
・ Clean the water diligently when in contact with Penguin

It is a loose fluffy game that you can proceed at your own pace even if you are busy.

The longer you spend in contact with the Jellyfish, the faster the Penguin will grow.
Also, please note that the Penguin will die if left unattended.
