I was shocked to see complaints about this item. I think it works really well and it’s great for a single person to be able to check their ears at home alone.

Doesn’t work
The app will not join its own wifi. Followed troubleshooting directions several times. Do not but EarviewMD. Now I know why it was very inexpensive.
