Providers will be able to use Care4Today 2.0 Pro to:
- Track patients' progress through their treatment pathway;
- Provide high quality learning materials at the right time in your patients' care;
- Provide forms, information and FAQs in a single digital platform;
- Communicate with patients and your care teams ;
- Get access to data and insights that allow for continuous improvement.
- Care4Today does not qualify as a medical device per applicable regulations, including the EU Medical Device Regulation No 2017/745.
- Care4Today does not perform an action on data different from storage, archival, communication or simple search.
- Care4Today is not intended for patient diagnosis or treatment. Healthcare professionals only are responsible for taking decisions related to patient diagnosis or treatment.
- If patients have any questions related to their state of health at any point in their treatment, they should contact their healthcare provider directly.
