Are you struggling with a personal crisis, feeling sad, struggling with stress, anxiety, depressive moods, or panic attacks? Don’t know where to start? No problem. The psychologists at Clay will help you by providing a 4-6 week plan to help you get your mental health back on the right track. They will work together with you to help you understand patterns in your emotions and behavior better and support you in becoming happier and finding inner peace.

We at Clay will work with you to help you understand what is on your mind and together with accredited psychologists find the best mental workouts to help you. The best part is that with Clay you are not alone. You will have access to free mental health coaching sessions with a psychologist and the Clay community will support you throughout your mental health journey.

How it works:
We will create a personalized plan just for you.
Start your training plan.
The plan will work to shift your focus more on psychological concepts such as mindfulness and self-acceptance. You will have access to self-tests, videos, podcasts, and journaling prompts that take 5-30 min to complete. These short exercises make it easy to incorporate Clay into your daily routine.
Take a stand against your anxiety, panic attacks or depression. With the psychology club at Clay you have the unique opportunity to work together with accredited psychologists and ask them questions, as well as connect with likeminded people on their own mental health journey in our online-events.

MENTAL HEALTH TRAINING CLUB
You don't want to train alone? We don't either. Exchange thoughts with the community and ask questions to your psychologist.
Connect with like minded individuals and motivate each other to make sustainable changes to your mental health. Proactively protect yourself from mental illnesses such as depression,
anxiety, and panic attacks.
