They charge 63.00 every time you make a payment. Electric and gas are included in the rent payment, this is the worst. We will never use this company again, huge rip off and not reasonable.

CANT MAKE PAYMENT
We could barley make payment on here it either they having a problem or it just won’t go through it was better when it was on the website made payment smoother. If u gonna have an app make sure it work.
