Still needs quite a bit of improvement
Confusing layout. Can’t even pay with GCash within the app. Statements can’t be downloaded (keeps popping up some odd message of within 5 days). Even old statements that are clearly in the system can’t be viewed.

Recent changes messed up the app
Recent changes messed up the app. It shows eWallet payment option such as Gcash yet when selected. Worse still, when you call Manila Waters, instead of simply confirming that the app does not support Gcash, inspite of having Gcash payment option displayed, their customer service proceed to ask all detailed account info. And when asked why, their reason was for data privacy. REALLY? it's about the bug in their app, nothing to do w/ the account! how does data privacy even have to di w/ that? CLUELESS ROBOT customer service agents that don't seem to have LO-IQ
