Great service, but the app is horrendous
On iPad, the app will not download from the App Store. It just sits at the loading circle. I tested other apps and those downloaded just fine so it was not an issue with the App Store. On Apple TV, there are bugs with the channel guide where it gets stuck on one channel. I’ve also seen bugs where all I get is a black screen on launch and the only way to fix either of these issues is to restart the app. It’s very frustrating to use. I would love to have the option of being able to watch tv without having to be on my home network. YouTube tv has this function.

I delete app and add again daily
First of all, let me say I love my OEC fiber. I’m sure kinks will eventually be worked out. I just thought if I submitted my problem it might make a difference. It seems when phone is vertical everything is fine, but once you start watching a program horizontally it will not change back.
