About Total Refresh for Safari
On macOS, choose your refresh scope from the extension menu: all tabs in all windows, just the current window, or only the active tab. You can also trigger it from the keyboard shortcut (default MacCtrl+Shift+R).
Getting started is simple: install the app, enable the extension in Safari, and grant the required permissions. The app includes step‑by‑step instructions for iOS and macOS.

Almost perfect? Need CURRENT window refresh only
I’m so frustrated by this app and documentation at this point. The App Store page says it comes with a guide, online instructions say there should be a way to toggle it to only the current window, and I think MAYBE I saw that option when first downloading, but I can’t find anywhere in my Mac or the app menu to check/change this option. Even when uninstalling app, when I re-download it from the App Store to trigger a setup wizard or something, it just defaults back to the current settings where there’s no way to change it. I’m a user who tends to keep a few different windows open for various projects, and when I revisit a project I just want all those tabs to refresh. This app defaults to refreshing ALL tabs across ALL windows which is a significant drag on computer resources, for tabs I have no intention of using today.
