wayfarely is the next evolution of human connection.
human beings are social animals. over the last three decades, social media and technological advances connected more human beings than any generation. in many ways, it is easier to connect with 1,000 people today than 10 people 30 years ago. that is a remarkable feat.
but along the way, we lost something powerful in those "connections". they became staged and shallow. in that void, many of us struggle to find meaning and depth - learning painfully that no number of likes or views will ever quench the type of rich connection we need.
that's why we are launching wayfarely. we value in-person connection, and we believe that we can no longer take it for granted. meet new people. reconnect with old friends. build your relationships. across the world on a boat, or down the street for happy hour. wayfarers chase experience - corporeal, whimsical, and serendipitous.

if you love to take action and plan, then host an event! pick your spot, choose your vibe, set how big or small this event will be. 6 people or 60. an afternoon in a café, or a night out on a rooftop club. even weekend touch football followed by cocktails. you choose. you are the creative.

maybe you want to join something that's already in the works? browse (and join) events by category, vibe, location, or whatever is important to you! if you come across private events, you'll have to get the green light from the host to join.

we understand that not everyone wants to exchange contact information with an internet stranger, as amazing as that fellow wayfarer may seem, so we built a fix. no need to swap numbers, we can chat right in the app! this helps you keep your private info safe until you're ready to share it.
