DIGITAL VISUAL INSPECTIONS
Using DigitalHub's mobile app Technicians in the field can complete their visual inspection activities digitally. This paperless maintenance approach guides users through inspections using templates customised for the site and conveyor. Taking them step by step, the app asks them questions and providing them with a range of responses to choose from. Photos and additional comments can be added along the way to provide more detail where required.
When the Technician submits the inspection, the data is synced to the cloud and immediately accessible in our DigitalHub Portal. Where items need corrective maintenance, events are created so planners don't need to go through all the inspection results to find the actions saving precious time. Where an item is critical and needs immediate attention, notifications are also sent via SMS and email as a call to action.
The result for our customers are high quality inspections, every time and without the need for paper. The results are stored collectively in the portal, along with all the other iBelt technology data, so whether its finding improvement opportunities or planning corrective maintenance, productivity is increased across site.
