Tremenda basura de app
Muchos errores, se cae, se desconecta del sistema, soporte al cliente te atienda y escribe tu problema para q te llamen, pero nadie llama, hay q estar detrás de ellos como lapa. Realmente compren otro sistema. Estoy muy arrepentido. De hecho han salido muchas nuevas marcas mas económicas y mejores en el mercado con incluso mejor rating y no hechas en china.

Notificaciones
Nunca recibo push notifications en eventos importantes como cuando se interrumpe el servicio de energía eléctrica (grid), cuando hay variaciones de voltaje, cuando la batería llega al porciento de descarga establecido, entre otros. Las notificaciones están habilitadas en el app y en la configuración del teléfono pero nunca se reciben. Ha estado así desde hacen 10 meses que tengo el equipo, no se si antes de este tiempo funcionaba bien. Otro detalle es que las configuraciones remotas no reconocen valores en tiempo real. Hay que primero darle para que lea el valor actual en cada función para luego modificar el valor.
