After I accidentally deleted my app and try to install and signing in again, I can’t enter it anymore. They said I fail to enter the account.

Can’t seem to make account

I can’t seem to make an account to vote. My phone number part says failed but it’s the right phone number. Hoping they fix the app login issue. So sad I can’t support the artists I like. 😭

As an interfan why is it we are suddenly not able to use this app anymore? I created a new account but it says phone number existed what is that about?
