Spend money for a bad time
I upgraded my membership so I could message people and see who was interested. I find out that they can’t reply unless they pay for a membership themselves. So I want to upgrade to get around that, but the path to doing this is so glitchy it’s impossible to do. For every 10 people I tried reaching out to, I wouldn’t hear back from 9 of them, and that one out of ten would either block or ghost me even if we seemed to be hitting it off, the only one who didn’t do that was a scammer. Maybe the dating scene itself isn’t great, but this place doesn’t help one bit, they can’t even nickel and dime their customers properly.

Won’t reply to emails
I got kicked off of this app months ago for a reason they won’t even tell me but I know I’m a victim of someone trying to say I did something and they have no physical proof of me needing my account tried to reach out several times asking them to restart my account and they refuse to respond to any of my emails I would like for somebody to actually reach out to me that would be greatly appreciative because all their customer care team will not give me a direct answer on why I got banned for what reason I have no idea but I know somebody was getting mad that I wouldn’t respond to him
