Needs Improvement
The device itself works on and off ? I have read some of the same issues i myself am experiencing. Bottom line is ? The app works as it should when it wants ? Get the bugs fixed and would be a pleasant experience !

Annoying af
I thought it was a great idea to get this for both my cars. The notifications come in repeated and it’s very annoying. Some days I just want to remove it from the car and toss it in the trash. When I needed it the most I spoke to 3 different reps and all told me something different. After 2 hours on the phone I never got towed. I had to resolve the issue on my own. If I knew then that I would have these issues I would’ve never bought into this. When I called to complain the rep kept saying I hear you. But did she really? I don’t think so. I asked several times what is T-Mobile going to do to compensate me? She never replied.
