JetTip tracks diversions, special liveries, retro jets, charters, testbeds, and more. We keep track of the cool stuff for you.
In addition to alertable aircraft, JetTip's filterable arrival/departure boards show regular traffic with enthusiast cred, so you can plan your spotting at a glance.
Two tiers of smart flight alerts are issued depending on the number of visits in the last 30 days - high priority for the first two; low for the third and fourth. We also offer two types of unique diversion alerts.

One MAJOR Flaw
I would normally give this app a 5-star rating as I have been very pleased with it. However, there is one MAJOR flaw knocks it down to a 3-star rating. On the numerous times that I have attempted to launch the app in an area with weak WiFi or in other cases, no internet connection whatsoever, I am greeted with a blank white screen. No way out, no “X-ing” out, no refresh, nothing but an annoying White Screen. While I can use other apps on my iPad or iPhone, Jet Tip is useless. The only way of resolving this is to reboot my device (which I find annoying and unacceptable). For instance, this morning unbeknownst to me, my WiFi was down, I clicked on the Jet Tip app, and ‘viola’ a blank white screen of death, I was forced to reboot as I had to use my iPhone Hotspot to get online. Please address and fix this frustrating annoyance. I have been meaning to bring this issue to your attention and to other users for over a year now. Otherwise I love this app, but at $5 a month, I expect a fully functional app.

Jettip rocks
I’ve wanted a service like this for years and stumbled upon it back when it was a text message based solution. Now the app makes it that much better and it keeps improving. The owner is super responsive to feedback too, which is nice.
