Set up care groups for your children or loved ones you care for. Share appointment, medicines, carer visit and regular club information between care group members.
Introduction
- Use Shared Care to set up Care Groups for each person you care for. Add Appointments, Medicines, Carer Visits and regular Club trips, and share all of that information with other carers who use the app.
- All information is stored in a central database so that it can be accessed by the carers to whom you grant access.
- Any carer with access to a Care Group can add, edit and delete information, but only the owner of the Care Group can delete the Care Group itself.
- We created this app to help myself and my wife stay afloat in the sea of information related to caring for our two daughters, one of whom has complex medical needs. I sincerely hope that it proves useful for other families and carers.
