Used to Work
This app used to work, even though not designed for user ease. But an update about 3 weeks ago has left if in shambles. It now crashes up to 5 or 6 times an hour. Extremely frustrating. Have reached out to our provider. They know it’s crashing but haven’t been able to correct this. Sounds like the app developers have some work to do.

Terrible app interface and compatibility
We have SWAT internet/TV service and recently they had to switch from the traditional cable boxes to TV-OIP and they use the YourTV Green app as their platform login to access the cable channels. SWAT provided fire sticks to use for this but our family uses Apple TV for all of our TV streaming, so we loaded the app on our Apple TV and used the login provided by our Tv provider to sign into the app. Because this app is only fully supported on Fire Stick there are no setting options within the app itself on the Apple TV platform. In addition to having no setting options, it logs us out of the app daily on each tv (sometimes multiple times per day). Another incredibly annoying feature is that when you go out of the app and come back in it does not default to the current time on the channel guide. People use so many platforms to access their TV content (Apple TV, Smart TVs, Roku, Chromecast, Android TV box, Xbox, PlayStation, TiVo etc…) It’s great that the app is available on all the different platforms, but insane that the functionality is not supported on any of them but the one. Trying to teach my 84 year old grandmother, who is easily confused and, how to log into her TV account EVERYDAY is exhausting and frustrating for all parties involved.
