Easy to get around and understand. Clean.

The app for these earbuds is buggy. Crashes or doesn’t connect to earbuds 80% of the time. Add to that you have to a registered account to have the ability to customize the EQ instead of choosing a preset one (Rock, hip hop, dance, etc) and you have an app that offers a frustrating experience at best.
