TechSee Visual Engagement helps resolve issues faster during a live support session.
This is a common way to get help when setup, app, or connectivity issues are hard to explain over the phone or chat.
When something isn’t working as expected, explaining the problem can be frustrating. With this app, the issue can be shown visually and worked through together in real time, just like a normal support call, but with the added clarity of seeing what’s happening.
This experience is designed specifically for live support, not self-service or generic screen sharing. Guidance is provided live during the session, and nothing happens unless the session is active.
When both sides see the same reality, problems get resolved faster. That shared understanding removes guesswork and speeds resolution.
Once connected, the session may include sharing the camera or screen to help with setup, apps, or WiFi and connectivity issues, along with simple checks to pinpoint what’s causing the problem. No technical knowledge is required.
