The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB or the Institute) is an Autonomous Body under the Ministry of Commerce, GOB was established under the Bangladesh Chartered Accountants Order 1973 (P.O.No.2 of 1973), for the purpose of regulating the profession of accountants and for matters connected therewith. ICAB’s headquarter is located in Dhaka with regional offices in Dhaka, Chattogram and overseas chapters namely UK, North America & Asia Pacific in London, Toronto & Australia respectively.
