Barely functional?
The new design is an improvement to a point but does not work very well has too many bugs in it?? Using the slider to try and go back and find things is not incremental enough.? I seem to miss a lot of things that are happening because of the way that it plays video playback. Needs a better system to look back at Video and stop the app from going black and not being able to see the video streams. The last version I didn’t have this problem?

Lost credentials.
Absolutely ridiculous for a company of this size and this age to release an app and cause every single customer to have to re-authenticate and re-enter their username and password. We are a very small company and I know we lost a couple thousand dollars in labor having to deal with this.
