Don’t know how to fix time

Great value
Great watch for the value. I use it for counting steps and simply as a watch. Can’t beat it for under $20. Only problem I’m having is synching the time. I live in eastern US and recently traveled to west coast. Time synched there but when I returned to eastern US it’s still stuck on west coast time. Any help?
