The exams stress knowledge of job-related skills. The tests are no cinch to pass; in fact, usually, only two of every three test-takers pass on their first attempt. After passing at least one exam and providing proof of two years of relevant work experience, the test taker becomes ASE certified.

You need to buy a lifetime access or subscribe to get access to all features, courses and questions. The cost of the purchase is charged to your iTunes account. Subscriptions are auto-renewable and are billed at the rate and period selected depending on the subscription plan. Users’ accounts are charged for auto-renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT BUY!
When taking any of the test, it only offers you 28 questions as opposed to the 60 that are required from ASE and not only that, all the questions are the same FOR THAT DAY! Meaning that if I select to study A1 for the day, I don’t get random questions, I get the same questions over and over again. If people are going to pay for this (like I did) please provide better and more diverse questions. The creators of this app seriously need to pick up an ASE book from Motor Age and see how the example ASE questions are presented. Furthermore a lot of the answers are very vague (i.e. not providing enough information). One question was about the tread rating and lifespan of a tire and the answer selection was just a bunch of numbers without knowing what the numbers referred to (i.e. days, weeks, months, years or was it percentage! I had no way of knowing) This app needs a SERIOUS overhaul for the price the charge it’s insane.
