About Brainplan - Mood Tracker Diary

Do you often deal with stress, anxiety, or running thoughts? The Brainplan app will help you manage stress and improve your mood in just a couple of days. As you use the app your new daily habits will increase your ability to manage your mood and help you feel better and better each week.

Your thoughts determine how you feel which determines what you do, which determines how your life unfolds. So just like people train their muscles to get strong, you can train your brain to react to stress, and that's why we created Brainplan, to give you a step by step daily plan showing exactly what to do to improve your stress levels and help you live a peaceful and stress-free life.

Here's how it works: After creating a Brainplan account, you'll be given a set of healthy daily tasks to perform each day to help you manage stress levels, you can learn the benefits and research of how each task helps you, and get helpful guides walking you through how to do each task so it's really simple to get started.

As you use the app more, you'll level-up to get advanced daily tasks to help increase your ability to manage stress and regulate your mood. Your plan lasts for an entire year, and the more you use the app the better you'll feel. By the end of the year you'll be a master at controlling how you react to stress, and will feel more productive and present than ever.

If you really want to add on a layer of accountability to do your daily tasks, you can create a group with friends to challenge each other to do these daily tasks so you can support each other in improving your lives together. We've found that people in group challenges with friends are more than twice as likely to stick to their daily tasks and will form closer connections with their friends in the process.

Part of your plan includes getting some form of exercise each day, whether it's lifting weights, cardio, stretching, or walking / running. Brainplan has a step counter that connects to your phone's health app so you can track how many steps and miles you've moved each day, month, and track your progress throughout the year. You can even challenge your friends to a step challenge to make sure everyone is getting their daily healthy level of steps in.

Brainplan is a free app that you can unlock a premium subscription to get more advanced daily tasks to help you progress even further. The free features include an introductory level of tasks that lasts for 7 days, but you can keep performing those tasks in the app for as long as you want after 7 days. But in order to unlock the next level of your plan to get advanced ways to manage stress, and improve your emotions and mood, you'll need to start a premium trial. Your premium trial is free for 7 days and then automatically renews to a premium paid subscription unless you cancel anytime before the 7 day free trial is over.

How Brainplan started:
Our founder, Jacob, 10+ years ago was going through a period of rather intense stress in various levels of life and finally said, 'this ends now' and started reading everything about the brain and how it works from leading brain scientists and found a series of daily healthy tasks that can regulate the brain's ability to react to stresses and everyday emotions in life. After finding success in using the plan for himself, Jacob started talking with friends and family and found they were dealing with various stresses as well and suggested they try the plan, and very quickly they reported back feeling better and more at peace. In an attempt to improve his friends accountability to doing these tasks every day they found that creating group challenges with friends was a fun way for everyone to stick to their daily tasks and support each other in feeling better together.

Now the plan is yours to try, we look forward to helping you on your journey towards less stress.
