• Security/ Technical Requirements
• The application will not provide any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• The application shall be operated by SmartHealth and SmartHealth holds complete liability over the platform.
• SmartHealth shall be fully responsible for any technical issue during contractual period and shall provide 24/7 maintenance and technical support.
• Application will be in both English and Arabic versions.
• All relevant SOPs of SmartHealth (client record retention, user access control, business continuity, back up, , data recovery, AE reporting, etc.) will be applied.
