Honestly Just a Miserable Experience
There’s no redeeming qualities about this app for the user. Companies and management like it because it’s cheap and it certainly acts like it. Sync failures, failure to determine location, visits disappearing then reappearing at random, etc. Do your company and your employees a favor and pick literally anything else

Slow. Cumbersome. Not user friendly.
This app actually makes it harder for me to run my route and recap account visits. Sync is slow, and randomly decides to sync when I arrive at my account and need to go inside or when I’m trying to leave and look at what account to hit next. The planning feature needs a lot of work. I’d like to be able to put in start points and non retail customers (ex. distributors) to my route for easier navigation. Would like to be able to optimize the route based on start/end location, and drag/drop the visits to reorder, rather than have to manually adjust the visit time. I also can’t edit any customer details, so I’m unable to update personnel changes. Sometimes the survey submissions don’t sync to the desktop.
