They broke the app
This app WAS very useful - I could see classes, I could sign up for individual cardio tennis classes, and I could see which classes I’d already registered for. Then they “updated” it and took away everything that was useful about the app - I can’t see what I’m signed up for, I can’t see the cardio tennis schedule, and I can’t sign up for individual classes. The only time I log into the app now is to see if they fixed it yet. They took a perfectly useful app and destroyed it. Is it really a good use of their employees’ time to have them answer the phone to sign me up for classes manually? In a world of self-service and automation, they’re going in the wrong direction.
