Not worth it
Since this company works specifically with dog trainers, I had very high hopes and expectations for this company. If you have small business, steer clear. After four months and thousands upon thousands of dollars spent, hardly any leads and no actual sales. When I downloaded the app, there were other negative reviews which I noticed have been since deleted. How can there be accountability when you delete negative reviews? They also informed me that they can delete negative Google reviews if I get any. How convenient. Their setup is extremely costly and their salesmen convince you after a couple months you will be flooded. Nope. They say they're working hard in the background, but there is no way to tell. They set some stuff up and hit you with tons of tasks up front, and then your ads go through the "learning process." They set up Google ads, and Google is nonstop calling me telling me my business is not being seen and my business is not set up correctly. They tell me it's spam. They set up a phone that I paid extra for and the salesperson I hired confirmed that the phone never rang. Too expensive for small business to sustain, especially when it generates $0. Upon realizing I cannot afford to throw my money away any longer, I let them know this. All they wanted to know is if I wanted them to continue monitoring my ads, etc, or just end it. No negotiations, no interest in how they could do better, no interest in customer service. Just, Do you want us to continue until your last day or not? That's $1600 I paid, and you can't get a refund for because they, of course, require 30-day notice. I told them of course continue because I paid for it!!! But there's no way to tell if they are actually doing anything! Very disappointed. When They were no longer doing whatever it was that they did for me, instead of removing my landing page, they left the landing page online with a nonworking number deflecting potential business away from me! They should have removed the page or changed it to the proper number. All they say is: Since you're no longer using Haydn, we no longer manage anything. Unbelievably unprofessional.
