In today's modern and fast paced lifestyle, monitoring ones health and waistline seems to be more prevalent than ever.
I had many issues in the past with my own lifestyle choices that led me to becoming overweight, and the trials and tribulations of trying to lose it.
I mean, when a person is 120kg, losing it the correct way is often hard and overlooked, as fad diets and pills with hard gym makes a quick fix, but a short lived one. I talk from experience, as I dropped from 120kg to 80kg fast, only to rebound back within a few months.

I took a whole new approach with a mix of fasting, both intermittent and prolonged, and a new mindset of a whole foods eating lifestyle, and without any of the above mentioned tactics, lost 60kg+ ( 120kg to 59kg ), and have kept it off ever since.

My husband built this app for me, and soon found himself using it as well, as well as adding in a host of other features that have changed our lives forever.
And we want to share this with you all.

I have managed to attribute my success story solely on what I eat and intermittent fasting. I did this task without exercise or gym on the principle to cut out or prevent any excuse as to why I cannot do it. This means that you too do not have an excuse not to reinvent yourself the easiest way possible, and that's doing it in a way that YOU control and what makes YOU happy along the way.
