Inforum helps women lead and succeed and helps companies help women rise. Build your skills. Expand your network. See what’s possible. Get there faster. Research shows that supportive professional networks are critical to career growth – both inside and outside your company and industry. At Inforum, we provide many opportunities for you to make and foster these critical strategic connections. Our events and research-based professional development programs for all stages and types of careers take place in person in metro Detroit and West Michigan and/or virtually wherever you may be. Inforum members, through this app, you can: • Join one or many of our more than three dozen affinity groups organized around common interests that include leadership development, volunteering, diversity, health and wellness, entrepreneurship, outdoor activities or wine and craft beer – among others. Outside of meetings, you can message and converse easily with other group members. • Register for events that feature influential industry executives, inspirational speakers, and motivating and thoughtful panel discussions and give you a chance to ask questions. • Enroll in a professional development program. We have classes for women at all stages of their careers from our flagship program, Executive Leadership, to a variety of targeted programs for emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, veterans, and aspiring board members. We also offer a collaborative program, “Ascending to the C-Suite: From Theory to Practice,” with the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. • Register for an Inforum Learning Lab, virtual, interactive skills-based 90-minute seminars that bring real-world perspective from a practitioner with expertise in a particular field or subject. • Access Inforum’s growing library of on-demand content that includes Meet Her podcasts, featuring women of accomplishment; Meet Him, featuring male allies to women; Inforum Insights on a variety of development topics; and years of original research on women in Michigan’s top public companies.
