Employees access an options menu where they can report their emotions anonymously to HR, in addition to finding a library of emotions, a quizz (if you don't know what you're feeling) and a history, in which you can consult the emotions that you reported.
Leaders and HR gain access to an anonymous real time map that shows how people on their teams are feeling as a group and provides possibilities for action to take care of each emotion, according to the intensity. In addition, UNI EMOTION creates a timeline, which brings relevant data that can assist in decision-making by leaders and the organization.
