The Arcashift App uses several health data streams stored in Apple health (steps, heart rate, sleep, heart rate variability, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, workouts and phone accelerometer/motion data). These data streams are used to estimate your internal circadian state and to measure the effects of shift work on your physiology. Phone motion data is collected to assist with identifying sleep periods in the absence of other sources.
