About Arcashift: Sleep & Balance
The app works by first pulling in data from your Apple Health app and other sensors (steps, heart rate, sleep, and phone accelerometer/motion data). Then it simulates a clone of your sleep system on your phone to design a plan that’s personalized for you.
Want to change your wake-up time? We’ve got the app for you. Want to track your sleep without a wearable? We’ll use sensors on your device to do it. Want to adjust yourself to a new time zone? Yep, we can do that. Learn what a digital twin of your sleep and circadian system can do for you today.
Key Features of Arcashift:
- Import your calendar and sync it with your circadian rhythms for optimal performance.
- Personalized recommendations tailored to your unique sleep patterns, work hours, and circadian rhythms.
- Realistic and achievable timing recommendations that seamlessly integrate into your life outside of sleep.

Very helpful and new approach
Despite having terrible sleep my entire life and getting all sorts of professional and non-professional advice, I have never been made aware of how important bedtime consistency and light exposure are for healthy sleep. This app has made a difference and given me extra tools to try to get my sleep schedule go better.

Inconsistent?
I think the times keep changing on me?? I check the day’s schedule and it will say one thing, then I check again later and it’s completely different. I’m trying to use it for night shift and it’s not turning out that well:/
