Bait and Switch
When I first joined there was quite a reasonable amount of availability for Premium, now a couple months in, basically none at top restaurants unless you go for lunch, and now most of the slots are premium plus only. Customer service is also brutal and unhelpful. Will not resubscribe unless they make some serious changes.

You can still get most reservations on Resy or OpenTable without having to commit to a minimum and to pay the app on top of that! Worst 150$ spent
