Posh Sidekick A Sellers Best Friend to making sales!

I’ve been on Poshmark for two years, and I started using Posh Sidekick’s cross-listing tools three months ago. Since then, my business has completely taken off. It now takes me about 30 seconds to list an item to a second platform, and my sales have increased by over 200% in just three months. What’s wild is that while so many sellers are complaining about slow sales, I’ve gone to the post office every single day for the past month — always with multiple packages. Their tools really do make the difference: Crosslisting that is unbelievably fast A background remover that makes every photo look clean and professional A tool that places my item on a live model, so listings look elevated instantly Automation that keeps my closet active without hours of manual sharing This is the first tool I’ve used that actually grows my business instead of just saving me a little time. I wish I had started using it much sooner. If you want real visibility, real efficiency, and real sales growth — Posh Sidekick is absolutely worth it.

Forgotten shop revived!

I restarted my shop this year and crickets, however, after downloading the app I started to get inquiries, likes, shares, and eventually sales. Of course, it’s a “sidekick”, so you still have to do your part uploading, tweaking keywords, fixing images with their background removed, which is where I am now, just tweaking, the app is worth it. Highly recommend, also, support is awesome.

100 Stars- If I Could!

Not only has this app been essential in helping navigate through recent unnecessary and detrimental Poshmark updates (for many of us, sales have TANKED as a result), but their customer service is hands-down the best that I have seen in a very long time. They are extremely dedicated to customer care, and they even helped those, including myself- that had many items in their Posh closet deleted in November recover them. Posh support was MIA all weekend and they were giving us live- in person updates and answering emails quickly and efficiently. I love how effortless it is to upload and then cross list my inventory. And I never have to worry about sharing my closet. I haven’t even explored every feature yet. I highly recommend them. They are still growing, and always doing updates to go along with the technology changes that other platforms put into place, so like any app, you may experience a bug here and there but they are ON the fixes and updates. The CEO of the company is VERY involved! It feels like family.

Needs to take responsibility and fix bugs

I really wanted to love Posh Sidekick, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. The app is buggy, inconsistent, and ends up causing more problems than it solves. It completely messed up my Poshmark closet—duplicate listings, items not delisted, and actions firing incorrectly. And instead of fixing the issue they sent emails saying it wasn’t their problem - turns out it was. A disgruntled employee sabotaged the software. Customer support says they’ll “get back to you,” but emails go unanswered for days. When you’re running a business and relying on a tool to work accurately, waiting days for a response just isn’t acceptable. There’s zero ownership or urgency to resolve issues, and the lack of communication leaves you stuck cleaning up their errors on your own time. Until they take responsibility, fix the glitches, and actually respond to customers in a timely manner, I can’t recommend this app. It creates more chaos than help.
