Clarifying Contributor to Recovery
I was diagnosed with cancer last year and NatureDose helped me move from 150ish minutes in nature each week to 500. My docs said it’s very likely that this extra time contributed significantly to my recovery and I don’t doubt it. But more, I am [mostly] at peace which makes living so much better.

Not impressed so far.
Very inaccurate scoring of time outdoors. I spent over three hours outside yesterday and it gave me a score of 0 minutes then today the only time I spent outside was my drive too and from work which does not count but it says I spent over 20 minutes outside. I park my car 15 seconds from my house and about 20 seconds from the door I enter at work. I will give it a few more days and if it doesn’t improve it will be deleted.
