What is MASS?
Mental training assistant MASS is a professional digitally mental practice tool, which assists the serious athlete and coach within the athlete’s mental aspect of training and functions as a natural part of daily training sessions and competitions.
In short, MASS is a unique and individual mental training for sports athletes.
MASS collaborates with serious and ambitious sports athletes and coaches, who use 10 hours or more a week their sport.
Within what area does MASS train the athlete?
MASS makes athletes mentally more proficient and stronger amongst mental skills as:
Attention The practice of maintaining focus and obtaining focus on what is most important
Inner WILL-dialogues The practice of having more and stronger “I WILL”-dialogues rather than NO-dialogues
Process goals The practice of working with processes as a path to the result of actual goals.
How does MASS work?
1. Before the athlete begin with the regular training the athlete will initiate the mental training task together with MASS. MASS will then recommend the mental amount of training and following recommend the mental training tasks.
2. Doing the athlete’s regular training the athlete will also be training the mental task.
3. After the training the athlete will then make your registrations. MASS will provide feedback from the athlete’s mental training.
4. Dialog - MASS will provide the athlete and coach access to the mental training data. In that way, the athlete has the opportunity to be in close dialog with the coach about the mental training and development.
