App not working good
The app just doesn’t work on Android this needs to be fixed.
Also when ordering online if the store is close to closing there should be an option to order for the next day instead we have to wait until almost 9:30pm and it finally worked. Now for the good stuff! ALL of the “budtenders” are all very helpful and knowledgeable and the prices and rewards are awesome!

Not able to login!
Terrible! You guys update the app only so we can’t login! I am not receiving any emails anymore since the update! I can’t even reset password! You guys are fired!
Love the location, the app has an issue
I've been going to the Worcester, MA location for a couple years now and the folks that work there are always so friendly and welcoming! On the app though, I have been unable to sign in to my account or create a new one for going on two months now.

Weight
You should add the grams in the shopping cart section so we know our limits and why does a 1 gram vape cart weigh 5 grams
No App Support
I order online through a web browser due to the app not being compatible. I can’t see any of my orders on the app and my points don’t show as well.
