- Heart Breathing (also known as Coherent, Resonant or Heart-Focused Breathing)

The techniques are easy to learn and have been selected for their efficacy in naturally reducing symptoms of common health issues such as hypertension and anxiety.
# SMART SESSIONS:
All of the breathing and meditation sessions in this app are “Smart Sessions” in the sense that they are specially designed so that they can be repeated on a daily basis, without you getting bored.
There are many breathing and meditation apps out there that take a different approach, providing you with hundreds or thousands of sessions to choose from. Whilst we love these apps and believe that there’s certainly a place for this approach, our approach here is completely different, and instead revolves around repeating the same sessions over an over again.
The audio of the sessions is “smart” in that rather than just being a single audio recording per session, the audio for a session is always generated “on the fly” during the session. This means that the session audio contains natural variations in word choice and intonation, similar to the what you would get if you were sitting an in-person breathing or meditation class.
We believe that this makes it easier to form a regular practice, since it removes the choice aspect when sitting down and having to choose a session. It and also removes the risk in trying to find a new session and committing to session that you end up not getting much benefit from.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you a purchase subscription, where applicable.
