Unreliable for Rent Payments
I tried to use Plastiq to prepay 5 months of rent ($18,750) with full documentation. My lease allows advance rent, and I provided invoices. Plastiq still canceled the payment and told me to “take my business elsewhere.” If you need dependable rent or housing payments, look elsewhere — not a trustworthy app.

They are scam or incompetent at best.
Please you are better off taking your business somewhere else. I decided to use their services and I regretted. Their processing time for payment from debit card or checking account is 5 business days which sound ridiculous, I still decided to wait only to be told that the transfer failed after 5days and the money removed from my bank account. I sent several messages to their customer support. Nothing. No reason for the fail transaction, no response at all.
