The idea of Taz coffee house was born 15 years ago, from the passion of coffee and fine dinning. the menu itself took 5 years to create and master to be simple, versatile and appealing.
the interior design brings a home like feeling due to an extensive research in the art of colours to get this fantastic blend of colours, with the assistance of hundreds of architects and interior design experts to get to this level of excellence, our menu consists of variety of food types to accommodate for and focus on the diversity in the area where the coffee house is located, starting with the coffee and ending with desserts.
Our passion and care for the coffee starts by searching and selecting the finest coffee beans, from the best coffee farms, to the most advanced and modern methods of roasting techniques for the beans to give its finest taste, since the roasting has the major part in the taste, to ensue it is not undercooked, or overcooked, then comes the packaging and preserving the coffee beans so that they keep the perfect taste and aroma, but all that will not give you the perfect taste if your coffee machine is not really a good one, and most importantly the grinder, it has the most delicate part in the process, to give you the exact and perfectly ground coffee, in doing so the actual coffee making machine can give you the perfect espresso, along with the right pressure and temperature, then every teeny tiny grain of coffee will give its purest most delicious extract for the finest espresso cup.
We are going to be serving the various selections of coffees along with oriental tea and coffee as the house special, breakfast, appetisers, salads, wraps and panini, Manakish- which is a flat hand made- oven cooked pastry, soup, fatayer which is similar to the Manakish in essence but the shape and filling is slightly differs, Oriantal desserts, cakes and finally Taz coffee house specialties
