ChefSmart Food Safety Program Version 2 is your solution to keeping your Food Safety Program in line with the 7 HACCP Principals and centralising it into a paperless, easy-to-use, Cloud-Backed App!
The app has been designed for the Food & Hospitality industries by specialists in Testing & Measuring Equipment and backed by our in-house HACCP System Facilitator.
ChefSmart has 7 main features that can be adapted into any business;
Principal Logs -
Principal Logs allows you to enter all data required from your units requiring daily monitoring. It has the ability to store Temperature, pH, Percentage, Time & Gram readings against individualised units. Each unit can have a Name, Unit of Measure, Parameter High & Low Set Points as well as notification reminders to ensure checks are completed when required.
Delivery Logs -
Delivery Logs allows you to create an administrator-controlled list of approved suppliers and record delivery logs of any incoming goods. Each entry can record the temperature, invoice, and description of goods as well as any batch numbers, expiry dates and any other critical information against the incoming goods from the approved supplier. In case of deliveries not being accepted, a rejected log can also be recorded against the incoming goods.
Process Logs -
Process Logs allows you to have a multiple entry, step-by-step recording of all food preparation processes allowing you to monitor and record the starting & finishing Temperature, pH, Percentage, Time or Gram of all your process logs. Records can be entered live or historically entered at any time.
Task Schedule -
Task Schedules allows you to create a complete cleaning, maintenance, and task calendar. Each task can be created and automatically populated on a Daily, Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly, 6-Monthly or Yearly basis. Each task can have up to 20 steps assigned to it, with every step completed time & date stamped and a completion log entered when the whole task has been completed. Every task can be assigned to either a person or position and signed off by the individual user once completed.
Food Safety Program -
A pre-set, complimentary Food Safety Program is included with every subscription that has been created and tailored by our inhouse HACCP System Facilitator. You also can upload your own PDF Food Safety Program or relevant induction documentation that allows you to have users read and acknowledge the document and sign off with a time & date stamp.
Forms & Records -
Forms & Records has no limits to what information you are now able to track into one central location. Annual licencing, calibrations, contractor maintenance and certificates are only a few examples of what the Forms & Records section has been designed for. Individualised folders can be created, and any images can be uploaded into the app allowing you to Name, Describe and Time & Date Stamp any entry into the app.

The bonus of every feature is that every piece of information is recorded against a specific user and stored in the cloud for up to 7 years to assist in record keeping requirements. All data can be retrieved on the administrator portal on any compatible internet connected device.
