Orava Forest Railway

Being one of the very few narrow-gauge switchback railroads in the world that are still preserved, the Orava forest railway is a unique technical monument. It once served for timber transportation, and now, it is one of the most favourite tourist attractions in the region. The Orava forest railway is open for tourists all year round.
