Love the content but video playback is not good
I love the content but the video playback buffers every minute or so which makes watching almost impossible. I have high quality WiFi, the app is up to date, and have tried on multiple devices and still have the same problem. There is also no customer service to reach out to about this, only automated responses. Very disappointing.

Not good at tracking your watch history
I’ve been using this app a lot. Likes— videos play well, good diversity of instructors and content. Tracks your place in the video. Dislikes- everything else… many videos superficial and idealized, lacking detailed “real world” instruction; app does not allow you to create lists to track what you want to watch, vs in progress, vs already watched; no way for users to rate instructors and videos; and very expensive for a monthly subscription- a lifetime subscription option would be nice and it’s hard to find the time to make the cost worth it every month. This will be my last month.
