The Rent Ready Pro App allows Pros to receive all work orders and communication directly to their phone. Rent Ready Pros service apartment communities that partner with Rent Ready to streamline their entire turn process and include every skill type: painting, cleaning, carpet cleaning, resurfacing and maintenance. As Pros come onto the Rent Ready platform that will be given access to the App and start to receive daily work orders directly to their phone. They can see work scheduled for them in the future, block time they are unavailable to take jobs, see work details, clock in and out, provide pictures and commentary on work orders and interact with Rent Ready operations as needed to discuss additional required work in a unit. Beyond the day-to-day work order interaction, Pros will also be able to see current and past pay summaries and quality scores for how their quality of work is being assessed by quality management and customers. The app streamlines all work order details for every turn service for apartment communities to provide Pros all the needed information to get the work completed the right way and on time.
